Balfour Beatty celebrates topping out of SPX building in Ballantyne Corporate Park (access required)

Balfour Beatty celebrated the topping out of the future SPX headquarters Tuesday in Ballantyne Corporate Park. The nine-story Class A office building, which is owned by Charlotte-based The Bissell Co., includes 230,000 square feet of space and a four-story, 640-space parking garage. LS3P, an architectural firm founded in Charleston, S.C., with an office in Charlotte, designed the building.
