Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to announce that Kaylee Neal, PE, CFM, earned her Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
A Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, Kaylee brings experience in land development and water resources. A valued member of T&H’s Water Resources team, she is proficient in Civil3D, HEC-22, ArcPro, and SSA, with additional experience in HY-8, Hydraflow Express, and HEC-RAS.
Kaylee contributes to a diverse range of projects, including Georgia Power substation design, a flood study in Douglas County, and a 2D stormwater analysis for the ALTAMA project. She also supports stormwater design and reporting efforts for Charlotte’s Civil teams. Within T&H, she serves as a team lead for the Savannah Water Resources group and participates in the firm’s technical specialist program focused on HEC-RAS modeling.
Kaylee earned her Bachelor of Biosystems Engineering from Auburn University in 2021 and looks forward to continuing to support the region’s growing communities through her technical expertise and commitment to high-quality, sustainable development.
