CBRE Adds Veteran Office and Healthcare Leasing Professional Grant Keyes to Charlotte Team 

CBRE has announced that Grant Keyes has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as Senior Vice President with its Office Investor Leasing team. In this role, Keyes will work alongside Joe Franco, Kris Westmoreland, Stephanie Spivey, Addison Stratton and Benjamin Speir, advising owners and investors on leasing strategy and asset performance throughout the region.

Keyes brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, joining CBRE from Stream Realty Partners, where he advised prominent investors on office and medical outpatient leasing strategy. Prior to Stream, he held leasing roles at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, building a strong track record helping clients enhance asset value through thoughtful leasing and marketing strategies.

Throughout his career, Keyes has completed more than 700 transactions totaling over $750 million in deal consideration. A Charlotte native, Keyes earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
