Saber buys Pineville warehouse for $750,000

New York-based Saber LLC has purchased a 22,000 square-foot warehouse and three acres of land from Hansford Associates for $750,000. Located at 10230 Rodney St. in Pineville, the building will be the new home for Charlotte-based IT staffing company Sapphire Technical Solutions.
