Fastener Supply Holdings buys 13410 South Ridge Drive for $1.2M

Listen to this articleCHARLOTTE — Fastener Supply Holdings has bought a south Charlotte building for $1.2 million with plans to relocate its headquarters there in January.
The 24,000-square-foot warehouse is at 13410 South Ridge Drive. The company will leave 1340 Amble Drive.
Joey Godbold, of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer.
“We worked with them looking at this building for three months,” Godbold said. “This building was the right size for them, and it had the right ceiling height at 24 feet.”
Barb Jesperson and Lane Holbert, both of Cassidy Turley, represented the seller, CTS Enterprises.
According to Mecklenburg County property tax records, the property is worth $1.18 million.
