Singh Development seeks rezoning of 8 acres in Cotswold for assisted-living project

Singh Development, based in West Bloomfield, Mich., with an office in Cary, plans to ask the Charlotte City Council to approve the rezoning of more than eight acres east of Randolph Road and south of Wonderwood Drive for a senior community.
