Whitehall Corporate Center has recorded more than 45,000 square feet of new leasing activity in the past 30 days, signaling continued momentum in the Charlotte office market and growing demand for high-quality workplace environments. 

The recent leasing activity includes four new tenants totaling approximately 45,200 square feet: 

• Sundt Construction – 24,000 SF
• RoviSys– 6,500 SF  
• Capital Processing Systems – 7,000 SF

Collectively, these companies are expected to bring approximately 200 employees to the Whitehall campus, further strengthening the business community within the park.
