The Fallon Company has held the groundbreaking of The Colwick, a premier 234-unit multifamily rental project. The Fallon Company’s senior leadership team came together to mark the start of construction on this first-class residential project. 

The development, which is in Charlotte’s sought-after Cotswold neighborhood, will reflect the distinctive identity of the community and offer pedestrian access to parks, schools, and over half a million square feet of nearby grocery, retail, and restaurant options.

Charlotte-based EDIFICE Construction is building the project, with construction financing being provided by Santander Bank, N.A. The Colwick, which is expected to deliver in late 2026, will be the first large-scale rental building in Cotswold in decades.
