Andy Dinkin of Legacy Real Estate Advisors has assisted COROB North American, Inc. in leasing a new location at 4901-A Gibbon Road in Metrolina Park. Metrolina Park, owned by Beacon Partners, is located near Statesville Road and Old Statesville Road, one mile from the intersection of I-77 and Sunset Road (Exit 16).
COROB North American, Inc., a subsidiary of Italy-based COROB S.p.A, produces the paint mixing machines found at Big Box retailers and Do-it-Yourself stores.
The company has leased for seven years 51,000 square feet in Metrolina Parks, leaving a smaller facility at Perimeter Woods in order to accommodate growth.
Said Legacy’s Andy Dinkin: “Working with Jack and his team at COROB North American, Inc., was a wonderful experience. They had a clear vision of what they wanted in a new facility and they were very reasonable in their market expectations. Aligning themselves with a local developer that also has deep resources made the partnership with Beacon ideal for COROB.”
Jack Walsh, Managing Director, COROB North America, Inc., is pleased with the new location.
“Moving to a new facility impacts our employees, visitors, and logistics department,” said Walsh said. “It’s important that we get it right, and Metrolina Park provides a great environment to meet our current needs, and Beacon Partners is a landlord that can work with us our business evolves.”
