RedStone adds medical tenants

MPV Properties has announced that MedFirst, will occupy 3,221 square feet and iVision Associates will occupy 1,340 square feet in Phase 1 of RedStone, currently under construction.

This will be iVision Associates’ first location and they will be providing comprehensive eye care with state of art technology. They will also sell fashionable eyewear.

Med First is a walk-in medical provider of primary and urgent care services to patients across North Carolina and South Carolina. They have 23 Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) designated facilities that offer convenient and timely primary and urgent care, treating everything from minor emergencies to managing patients with chronic conditions. They are open 7 days a week and offer extended hours. Their mission is to improve access to quality healthcare while making it easy and affordable.

Phase 1 of the 310,000-square-foot retail development will open 1st Quarter 2018. Steve Vermillion and Mike Bilodeau are developing the center and Keely Hines is the leasing broker for the project –all with MPV Properties.
