Henderson Properties adds lakeside community to portfolio

Diversified real estate company Henderson Properties has expanded its community association management portfolio by signing 21 new communities in the Charlotte region.

The largest new contract is The Harbour at the Pointe Owners Association in Mooresville, N.C. Originally developed by Crescent Communities, the lakefront community includes 330 single-family homes, a pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. The community also features more than 100 community boat slips and a dry boat storage area for residents.

Henderson Properties has previous experience with lakefront communities and also manages NorthView Harbour in Sherrills Ford, N.C., another Crescent development.

The additional communities Henderson will manage in the Charlotte region include Oldenburg, a new community by Shea Homes in Marvin, N.C., that will feature 128 homes, and Kensington Village, a new community by D.R. Horton in Mooresville.

With the latest signings, Henderson Properties manages 155 community associations in the Carolinas.
