Henderson Properties adds 1,810 homes to management portfolio

Diversified real estate company Henderson Properties has expanded its community association management portfolio by signing 13 new communities totaling 1,810 homes in the Charlotte region, according to a press release from the company.

The largest new contract is the Springfield Property Owners Association in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Originally developed by Crescent Communities, the master-planned Springfield community includes 616 single-family homes, a pool complex, tennis courts, fitness center, playground and parks.

“We were looking for a firm that could deliver a level of service consistent with the quality of this community,” said Ray Figueras, president of the Springfield Property Owners Association in the release. “Henderson Properties stood out as a local company with experienced, credentialed staff and a full suite of services that will benefit our residents.”

Henderson Properties will also manage the 109 townhomes and golf villas at Springfield, which fall under a separate neighborhood association. The additional communities Henderson will manage in the Charlotte region are:

• Augusta Place at Laurel Creek, a 52-home community in Rock Hill, S.C.
• Buckingham, a 117-home neighborhood in Matthews, N.C.
• Cobblestone and The Vineyard, two neighborhoods in south Charlotte totaling 105 homes and 68 homes, respectively.
• Glengrove a 325-home neighborhood in Concord, N.C.
• Pin Oaks, a new 40-home community that Ryan Homes is building in Denver, N.C.
• Prescot, a 216-home neighborhood in Waxhaw, N.C.
• Royal Crest, a 29-unit townhome community, and Sir John’s Hill, a 78-unit condominium community, both in SouthPark.
• Sixth at Gateway and Skyline Terrace, two townhomes community in uptown Charlotte with 11 units and 44 units, respectively.

With the new additions, Henderson Properties manages nearly 140 community associations in the Carolinas.
