Bisnow will host its first-ever “Charlotte Office Development Forum” on Oct. 25.
The forum will aim to find out what developers, owners, and investors have to say about new trends in the office market. And the agenda is set to answer questions such as: What do millennials want? How is class-A space adapting to a changing workplace culture and new expectations for what it means to be “at work?” What does it take to make buildings competitive in today’s changing environment?
Panelists scheduled for the event include Brian Leary, president of Crescent Communities; Charles Lindsey McAlpine, managing partner at CitiSculpt; Walker Collier, partner at Trinity Capital Advisors; and Sam Simpson, president of Simpson.
The event will include networking before and after the forum. The location for the event will be announced by the company by Sept. 25.
