GCI Residential opens Legacy Concord

GCI Residential is opening its Legacy Concord Apartments project that will include 348 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and related amenities.
Rents will range from $985 to $1,550.
The company has opened its clubhouse, and the first of 19 buildings will open in three weeks, according to Parry Cobb, GCI Residential’s vice president.
The property at 5020 Avent Drive N.W. in Concord offers eight layout choices ranging from 665 square feet to 1,490 square feet. The pet-friendly community spans 45 acres and has a smoke-free philosophy across its campus.
