MPV completes building for Sunbelt Rentals

MPV Properties has completed construction on a new 9,300-square-foot Sunbelt Rentals location at 1400 Biscayne Drive in Concord.
The build-to-suit facility is a relocation of an existing general tool store in Concord, and sits on approximately 4 acres with frontage on Interstate 85.
Sunbelt Rentals, a subsidiary of Ashtead Group, is one of the nation’s largest equipment rental companies.
Brad Murr and Ken Chapman with MPV Properties managed the development and lease agreement for the project.
MPV Properties is a Charlotte area office, industrial, retail and land brokerage, development and management firm.
