Office building planned near uptown

CHARLOTTE – CitiSculpt and The Knox Group have announced plans for an office and retail development at West Morehead Street and Interstate 77 adjacent to uptown.
The project, dubbed Stadium West, would have about 70,000 square feet of office and street-level retail space. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
“It’s a great time to be in Charlotte, and there are very few neighborhoods as exciting as those around West Morehead,” said CitiSculpt Managing Partner Lindsey McAlpine in a statement.
The development team also includes BB+M Architecture and LandDesign.
