CHARLOTTE –Henderson Properties, a full-service real estate company, has expanded its community association management division by signing 11 new HOAs in the Charlotte area, including The Arlington – “The Pink Building” in South End. Henderson’s association division now manages 111 communities in Charlotte.
“We are thrilled to be working for The Arlington. For our company, this is our first large contract with an on-site manager,” said Phil Henderson, president of Henderson Properties. “Winning a contract of this caliber confirms that all our hard work to provide premier community association management is making a difference.”
As of Oct. 1, Henderson Properties will provide on-site management at The Arlington in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood for three years. Their services include on-site manager, Robin Kaplan, and two concierge employees. Henderson will also coordinate and oversee vendors for janitorial and maintenance for their 113 units and community amenities.
Henderson Properties also acquired management of two additional condominium communities in Myers Park, The Georgian and Arthur Park Condominium Association.
The largest addition to the community association management division is Sedona at Stone Creek Ranch Homeowners Association, featuring 285 town homes in south Charlotte. Community amenities include a pool and cabana.
In addition to Sedona at Stone Creek Ranch, Henderson Properties recently started managing Vintage Townhomes Phase III Homeowners Association, part of the Lake Park Community in Indian Trail, and single-family communities Latta Springs Homeowners Association, with 237 homes in Huntersville; Ardrey Chase Homeowners Association, with 157 homes in Ballantyne; Woodhall Homeowners Association with 61 homes in Waxhaw; Red Oak Estates Homeowners Association, with 50 homes planned in Mint Hill; The Courtyard at Brawley Point Homeowners Association, an Epcon Community with 30 homes in Mooresville; The Courtyard at Weddington Road Homeowners Association, an Epcon Community with 33 homes in Stallings.
