Attorneys join Horack Talley

John “Jack” H. Capitano, W. Chris Parnell and G. Edward “Eddie” HinshawJr. have joined Charlotte law firm Horack Talley.

Capitano concentrates his practice on real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant, construction and collection disputes, as well as general commercial litigation.

Parnell focuses on real property transactions, including foreclosure proceedings, REO transactions, commercial and residential real estate closings, title dispute resolution, real estate acquisition and development. He also represents commercial and residential lenders in business transactions, including creating, representing and advising corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

With experience in advising clients in both publicly traded and closely held businesses, Hinshaw’s established corporate and tax law practice ranges from the formation of business entities, to sales and purchases, to complex mergers and acquisitions.

Horack Talley has offices in uptown Charlotte. Its practice areas include corporate, community association law, family law, litigation, real estate, tax planning and wealth building.
