Cushman & Wakefield to lease NASCAR Plaza

CHARLOTTE – Parkway Properties Inc. has chosen Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer to provide leasing services at NASCAR Plaza, a 395,000-square-foot, 20-story building uptown, Cushman & Wakefield has announced.
Mark Holoman and Meredith Ball will be the leasing representatives for the plaza, which was built in 2009. The team also provides leasing services for Parkway’s Hearst Tower and 525 North Tryon buildings.
Parkway Properties has an interest in 51 office properties with a total of about 18.3 million square feet in eight states.
