CHARLOTTE — Mattamy Homes plans to build four homes in its Hubbard Falls subdivision near the intersection of Harris Boulevard and Sugar Creek Road, according to permits Mecklenburg County issued this week.
Three of the homes will cost about $165,000 apiece to build. Each will have 2,700 square feet of space.
The fourth home will cost $141,000 to build and have 2,400 square feet of space.
Two of the homes will have three bathrooms, while the other two will have 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The homes will be built on Toxaway Lane and Connestee Court, streets named for places in South Carolina.
The subdivision’s new homes — the designs for which are named after flowers: the Rose, the Azalea, the Jasmine — typically sell in the $150,000 to $185,000 range, according to a Mattamy website.
Mattamy officials did not immediately return calls for comment.
