REC Warehouse to auction Concord property, inventory
Mecklenburg Times staff reports//October 4, 2011//
Spa and pool business REC Warehouse of Concord said it is shutting down and selling its 16,552-square-foot facility and inventory at 7945 N.W. Lyles Lane.
The auction for the real estate will start at noon Thursday, followed by the auction for the inventory at 3 p.m.
Iron Horse Auction Co., of Rockingham, will conduct the auction at the store. Bids can also be cast live online via IronHorseAuction.com.
