A lakefront home in Cornelius has caught the eye of Forbes.com, which featured it in an October posting on homes with “amazing and outrageous” garages.

According to Forbes, the house at 21600 Norman Shores Drive has one two-car garage and one three-car garage complete with kitchen, bar, lounge, overstuffed couches and big-screen TVs.

The luxury property was on the market for $2.1 million when the Forbes story was posted. According to Realtor.com, it’s now listed for $1.9 million. The five-bedroom, three-story waterfront home has about 7,400 square feet of space, two kitchens, a game room, deck, boat slip and guest suites accessible by an in-house elevator.

Situated on 0.65 acres, it was built in 2007 and has been on the market for 318 days.

Realtor.com indicates the house is listed with Ivester Jackson Properties in Cornelius, but no one there could be reached for comment.
