Ballantyne-Area market center is the most profit-productive office in the Keller Williams system for more than 15 years

In 2015, Keller Williams Ballantyne-Area became the number one market center in Keller Williams for six years in a row, something no other market center has accomplished. This record-setting rise began in 2007 with a leadership realignment. From there, success grew exponentially beginning in 2011 when Keller Williams Ballantyne-Area became the number one market center in all of North and South Carolina (a title it still holds). 

While COVID-19 provided plenty of challenges, the market center has once again climbed to the top of the company’s ranks as the second most profitable market center companywide in 2025. With over $1.5 billion in closed volume from 3,380 closed units, the market center generated over $1.7 million in profit with almost $800,000 of that going directly back to the agents through profit share. Considering that other market centers in the top 10 have considerably more agents than Keller Williams Ballantyne-Area – who has just shy of 600 agents – these numbers are quite impressive.

But more noteworthy than one standout year is the market center’s consistency as the most profit-productive location in the Keller Williams system for more than 15 years.
