Cavella opens pre-leasing for 307-home community in charlotte north end

Cavella, a new 307-home residential community at 2222 N. Tryon St., is now open for pre-leasing. Developed and built by Fairfield and professionally managed by Bozzuto, the five-story community will introduce more than 300 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences to the intersection of NoDa and the emerging North End neighborhood in spring 2026. 

Situated along Charlotte‘s evolving North Tryon corridor, Cavella blends industrial influence with modern residential design, bringing thoughtfully planned apartment homes and community spaces to one of the city’s fastest-growing areas.

Residences offer two interior palettes, modern gray and white/woodtone, along with quartz countertops, large-format kitchen backsplashes, built-in desks and shelving in some units, glass-enclosed showers, luxury vinyl plank flooring and smart-home technology. 

Large windows and the community’s elevated site provide abundant natural light and unobstructed skyline views of Uptown Charlotte. Exterior materials, including composite wood, fiber cement and corrugated metal, reference the surrounding neighborhood’s industrial history and character.
