announced today that Darrell Palasciano, a veteran retail leasing and development advisor with more than two decades of experience, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President with its Retail Services group, based in Charlotte.

In this role, Palasciano will lead CBRE’s retail team in Charlotte, collaborating with owners, retailers, and other stakeholders to develop tailored strategies that drive success and support clients throughout the retail landscape.

“Darrell brings a unique combination of market insight and strategic vision that aligns well with CBRE’s growth objectives for our retail platform in the Carolinas,” said Brett Gray. “His deep understanding of retail dynamics and strong relationships across the industry will enable us to deliver unmatched value and expand our leadership in this sector.”

Palasciano began his career as Director of Sales and Leasing at a Charlotte development firm before spending more than a decade with TSCG. Most recently, he advised developers, owners, and leading retailers at The Providence Group, focusing on new construction, redevelopment, urban infill, out-parcel development, and tenant disposition. Throughout his career, he has worked with local, regional, and national brands and led portfolio dispositions for major retail and restaurant chains.

Palasciano earned a finance degree from UNC Charlotte and has served on the alumni board for the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate. He has held several leadership positions with ICSC, most recently serving as State Chair for North and South Carolina.
