Foundry Commercial has been engaged by Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar to spearhead real estate efforts as the brand expands through franchising across the United States.

Founded in Charlotte in 1998, Brixx has become a Southeast staple, with restaurants currently open in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Known for its signature wood-fired ovens, scratch-made recipes, and inclusive menu options – including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free offerings – the brand has built a loyal following without relying on gimmicks. Foundry Commercial’s Charlotte-based retail brokerage group will work alongside the Brixx team to identify and secure new sites that meet the brand’s specific real estate criteria, such as high-visibility end caps or free-standing locations with ample parking and patio space. Expansion will primarily focus on the Southeast, though opportunities in other attractive markets nationwide will also be considered.
