MECA Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that Alchemy Coworking, a dynamic and growing coworking community, has expanded into Charlotte with a lease at Dyestuff Commercial Lofts. Alchemy Coworking has signed on for 16,000 square feet across Suites 220, 300, and 310 at 2459 Wilkinson Boulevard. 

This expansion marks a new chapter for Alchemy Coworking, which launched its first location— 

Alchemy DTG—in Downtown Gastonia in early 2024. The Charlotte location, formerly operating as The Launch Factory, has been rebranded to Alchemy CLT to reflect its broader mission of supporting startups, creators, and small businesses across the region.
