Retail Tenants Open For Business At Cascadia At Highland Creek

Cascadia at Highland Creek is pleased to announce that Summit Coffee and YogaSix (Y6) are now welcoming residents and other customers to their newly opened coffee and fitness concepts adjacent to the build-to-rent townhome community.

The seven-acre, mixed-use neighborhood in North Charlotte includes 89 new-build, three-story townhomes and 4,000 SF of retail, and answers the demand for build-to-rent (BTR) townhomes in an area where there is currently little inventory and price points are high.

Summit Coffee and YogaSix (Y6) each occupy suites of approximately 2,000 SF in Cascadia’s retail area, next to the townhomes and surface parking lot. Matt McLanahan of White Point Partners led the retail leasing efforts for the community.
