The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte announces the return of the Parade of Homes, set to take place Oct. 12-13, showcasing 38 homes from 13 of the finest builders in the Charlotte metropolitan area throughout eight counties.
The annual Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour featuring new model homes in communities throughout the greater Charlotte area, including Mecklenburg, Iredell, Gaston, Cabarrus, Lincoln, Catawba, Union and York counties. The Parade highlights all types of homes from first home to move-up to dream homes, as well as townhomes. All the new model homes are fully furnished, landscaped and decorated. Several homes will also be available to tour virtually on the website.
“The Parade of Homes is more than just a showcase; it’s a celebration of the vibrant and innovative spirit of our community’s builders,” said Suzanne Parker, chair of HBAGC Parade of Homes. “This event is vital because it not only connects people to their dream homes but also highlights the craftsmanship and creativity that drive the future of residential living in our area.”
The Parade of Homes will take place for two weekends: Oct. 5-6 and Oct. 12-13. Homes are open and available to tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The self-guided tours are free and low pressure. Keystone Custom Homes will be hosting the DonutNV food truck on Oct. 5-6 and the Revival Coffee truck on Oct. 12-13.
