Tri Pointe Homes unveils Context at Oakhurst featuring model homes designed by Bobby Berk 

Tri Pointe Homes has announced the opening of Context at Oakhurst, an approximately 120-home neighborhood located in Charlotte. Three model homes, showcasing the elite talent of acclaimed design expert, author, and Emmy award-winning TV host Bobby Berk, are now open for tours. Home shoppers can now experience Bobby Berk’s integrated whole-home designs live and in person. Moreover, Tri Pointe’s customers will have access to ten unique design collections curated by Bobby Berk exclusively for Tri Pointe Homes.  

On Tuesday, March 5, Berk visited Context at Oakhurst to showcase the new model home designs, provide insight into the homes’ design features and the latest design trends, and introduce his acclaimed design approach that focuses on using design as a means to enhance well-being. The new collaboration between Berk and Tri Pointe Homes comes to life in three fresh model homes, which make industry-shaping design easy and accessible to homebuyers.   

Located at 4020 Canvas Ct, these are the first-ever Bobby Berk-designed model homes in Charlotte. Residences feature 2-4 bedrooms, 2.5-4 baths, and 1-2 bay garages. With three floorplans available spanning approximately 1,400-2,000 square-feet, the homes include spacious gourmet kitchens and luxurious primary suites, and offer unmatched access to the amenities, arts scene, and fine dining of Uptown Charlotte. Prices start at the mid-$400Ks. Designed from the Organic Modern, Classic Mid-Century, and Transitional Farmhouse BB Edit collections, the model homes at Context at Oakhurst have been curated to appeal to Charlotte homebuyers.
