McCraney Property Company purchased 127 acres in Rock Hill, plans for large industrial park

McCraney Property Company, a leading private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, and management of industrial properties in the Southeast region, closed on roughly 127 acres in Rock Hill, South Carolina, located off Porter Road and Barringer Road with proximity to I-77. Preliminary site plans show McCraney is planning to develop over 1.7 million square feet of Class-A industrial space at full build out. The site is strategically located less than 1 mile from I-77, providing direct access for storage, distribution, and manufacturing users. The transaction comes on the heels of McCraney’s nearby Logistics 77 @ Firetower Rd project, where they plan to develop a 1 million square foot facility which is expected to begin construction in the coming months.
