MPV Properties (“MPV”) and TRI Pointe Homes, Inc. (“Tri Pointe Homes”) are pleased to announce Tri Pointe Homes’ upcoming move to The Nexus at Waverly where the company will relocate its Charlotte division office and build a new Design Studio providing Charlotte-area customers of Tri Pointe Homes with thousands of choices in interior and exterior style elements to assist in personalizing and creating their brand new home, as well as allow for one-on-one design consultations with award-winning design professionals.
The 9,354 square foot space is located on the 1st floor of The Nexus, and the new Design Studio will be walkable to all of the amenities within Waverly. Tri Pointe Homes anticipates moving into the new space in the spring of 2021.
The Tri Pointe Homes Design Studio, which will exclusively service customers of Tri Pointe Homes, marks the company’s continued growth in the local housing market as well as the increased number of homebuyers who are both purchasing and investing the time and finances to uniquely design each aspect of their new construction home.
“We are incredibly thrilled with our growth in the Charlotte market and look forward to enhancing our homebuyers’ one-of-a-kind premium homebuilding experience through the introduction of this new Design Studio. We chose The Nexus because of its premier South Charlotte location and its premium retail orientation that we believe aligns perfectly with Tri Pointe Homes’ premium lifestyle brand.” says Gray Shell, Division President for Tri Pointe Homes.
Curated by design professionals, the Design Studio will give our homebuyers the ability to personalize their homes with color, various textures and styles, as well as the opportunity to choose from hundreds of available design options such as carpets, tile, wood flooring, cabinetry, lighting, countertops, and more.
Tri Pointe Homes launched its homebuilding business in Charlotte in late 2018, and since that time, has been focused on rapidly building its land and product portfolio. Tri Pointe Homes anticipates opening 10 new communities in 2021.
Although its expansion plans are ambitious, Tri Pointe Homes remains focused on approaching each project with an intense attention to detail, which has been the key to their success thus far. Bailey Patrick and Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV Properties represented the Tenant, and Jenny Fowler and Travis Hart of Childress Klein represented the Landlord.
