Rock Hill’s Fountain Shoppes at Manchester Village fully leased

The Fountain Shoppes at Manchester Village center in Rock Hill is fully leased with the recent signing of two new tenants, MPV properties has announced. Sake Japan Hibachi and Ramen and Kure Vaporium and Lounge will join Moe’s Southwest Grill, Ultratan, T-Mobile, and H&R Block in the one-story building. Moving into 1,691 square feet, it is Sake Japan’s first location in Rock Hill. Kure will take 1,389 square feet in its seventh area location. The shops are at 1910 Cinema Drive in Rock Hill, adjacent to the Regal Cinemas’ 14-screen theater. Matt McLanahan and Keely Hines with Charlotte-based MPV Properties represented the landlord. Phil Corriher with The Chambers Group represented Sake Japan, while Charlie Owens with JLL represented Kure.
