Existing tenants iColor Nails, Subway and Emperor Chinese Restaurant will continue in Kings Square.

New tenants Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint and CycleBar indoor cycling studio will open later this year.

Bill Moseley of Moseley Real Estate Advisors represented Uncle Maddio’s, and Margo Bizon of Katz & Associates represented CycleBar.

Eric Nichols, J.Q. Freeman and Mary Bryant of are managing the redevelopment and leasing of the shopping center.

Exterior renovations are expected to be complete in 90 to 120 days. AI Design Group is responsible for the design of the remodel. Doerre Construction is the project’s general contractor.
