The National Association of Homebuilders has honored Saussy Burbank with a silver Best in American Living Award.

The award recognizes the company’s Cypress model home at the Nexton development in Summerville, S.C.

The 2,833-square-foot, two-story residence features four bedrooms; 3½  baths; a master suite downstairs; a wraparound front porch; a mud room, and a large loft.

“The BALA award is one of the building industry’s highest honors,” said Saussy Burbank Partner Al McNeill in a written statement. “We are humbled and ecstatic to have won our second BALA award and gratified that our industry recognizes our top-quality craftsmanship, design aesthetic and our homes’ livability.”

Saussy Burbank’s first BALA award recognized the company’s Portland home design in The Cottages at Baxter Village in Fort Mill.
