PERSONNEL FILE: David Lee joins Stiles’ Charlotte office

Listen to this articleStiles has expanded its Charlotte office by adding David Lee as senior vice president for real estate. The Florida-based real estate development company has also promoted Chris Grenier to senior vice president of development and Beth Middleton to senior development manager. Grenier has been with Stiles since the Charlotte office opened in 2012, and Middleton joined the firm in 2013. Lee was the founder of Lee Land Development, and also worked for Harris Development Group before joining Stiles.
