Carocon Corp. promotes three employees

Carocon Corp. has announced the following promotions: Scott Allen to vice president, David Wheeler to project manager and Seth Caldwell to assistant superintendent. Allen and Wheeler joined the Carocon team in 1996 as assistant superintendents. Caldwell joined the firm in 2011 as an intern.

Carocon Corp., founded in 1972, builds wood-frame multifamily projects and has constructed more than 22,000 units over its lifetime.

Rebhan & Associates receives national certification

Weichert, Realtors – Rebhan & Associates has earned national certification as a Woman Owned Small Business by the Greater Women’s Business Council, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Kathleen Rebhan is the Charlotte company’s owner.

For a business to receive WOSB certification, it must go through a review to confirm it is at least 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by a woman.
