Stallings approves multitenant use

At its Feb. 10 meeting, the Stallings Town Council unanimously approved a request by VSTRA International Corp., a distributer and wholesaler of inflatable products used in such games as paintball and laser tag, for a conditional use permit to allow the company to rent space in its property at 3700 Smith Farm Road. The six-acre lot includes a 34,550-square-foot building.
