Real Estate Carolina Group joins new Wilkinson & Associates S.C. office

FORT MILL – Real Estate Carolina Group announced Wednesday that the company moved into the new downtown location of Charlotte-based Wilkinson & Associates Real Estate.
Heather Lamp, co-owner of Real Estate Carolina Group, said the office, at 111 Clebourne St., opened March 1.
RECG was formerly under the Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams Realty umbrella, but made the change to the Wilkinson’s Fort Mill office because Lamp said she and her partner, Sharon Salisbury, wanted to take advantage of what they saw as big potential in the South Carolina housing market.
“We want to be a part of the new growth in South Carolina, that’s why we joined Wilkinson & Associates,” Lamp said. “We wanted to be on the front end of the train of that growth.”
Wilkinson was started in 2000 and RECG was founded in 2010, according to the press release.
