JLL Carolinas expands retail brokerage team

JLL is pleased to announce that Margot Bizon and Lindsay Stafford have joined its Carolinas retail brokerage team and will be based in the company’s Charlotte office.

Bizon, Vice President of Retail Services at JLL, has more than 12 years of experience and joins JLL from retail real estate firm Katz & Associates, where she was a senior director specializing in site selection and overall strategic rollout for national and regional retailers as well as landlord representation in the Carolinas. Prior to Katz, she worked at CBRE, where she focused on retail landlord and tenant representation, and at RED Partners, where she was responsible for the marketing and leasing of new and existing shopping center space.

Stafford, Vice President of Retail Services at JLL, has more than six years of experience and also joins the company from Katz & Associates, where she served as a broker associate. Prior to Katz, Stafford worked at Collett, where she focused on retail landlord and tenant representation and was responsible for leasing more than 450,000 square feet of grocery-anchored and neighborhood shopping centers in the Carolinas.
