Momentum continues to build at as three new tenants open their doors in the heart of Charlotte’s South End district. Raw Bar, JETSET and Peachy Studio join the growing retail and restaurant lineup at the luxury residential tower developed by Portman. Located at 2161 Hawkins Street, Linea continues to attract sought-after restaurant, fitness and wellness concepts that complement the neighborhood’s energy and growth. Foundry Commercial’s Charlotte retail leasing team represents the project.

“Linea continues to attract tenants who enhance the lifestyle and convenience of South End,” said Keely Hines, Partner and Senior Vice President of Foundry Commercial’s Charlotte retail team. “We’re thrilled to welcome Half Shell Raw Bar, JETSET Pilates and Peachy Studio, all of which provide elevated experiences for those who live, work and play in the area.”

Half Shell Raw Bar is now officially open, bringing a coastal seafood experience to South End. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant accommodates approximately 130 guests inside and on the covered patio, creating a lively yet refined setting designed to complement the restaurant’s seafood-forward menu. Half Shell highlights a daily selection of fresh oysters sourced from both coasts, curated by Charlotte’s only Certified Oyster Specialist with formal Oyster Sommelier training through the Oyster Master Guild. The menu also features a range of seafood classics for lunch and dinner, while the bar offers martinis, classic cocktails, champagne and wines thoughtfully chosen to pair with seafood.

“Half Shell is a celebration of the raw bar tradition – where seaside nostalgia meets South End energy,” said co-owner Jeff Van Dyke. “We chose Linea for the quality of the development, its central location and the vibrant energy of the area.”

Half Shell has already added approximately 45 new jobs to the Charlotte community, reinforcing the concept’s investment in the local economy. To celebrate its first month of opening, the restaurant will offer Veuve Clicquot for $20 per glass or $80 per bottle.

JETSET Pilates, a high-energy Pilates studio, opened in January, marking the brand’s second Charlotte-area location. The 2,700-square-foot studio specializes in reformer Pilates and has created approximately 30 jobs, further contributing to South End’s growing wellness and lifestyle economy while introducing JETSET’s modern, high-intensity approach to Pilates.

“South End is all about energy and movement, and Linea felt like a natural extension of that,” said Kayla Logue, franchise owner. “We’re excited to bring our dynamic fitness experience to the neighborhood that fits seamlessly into how people live, work and spend their time here.”

Peachy, the wrinkle prevention studio known for its clinical excellence and transparent pricing, is also open. Occupying a 2,100-square-foot clinic, Peachy brings its signature experience to Charlotte – combining a tech-forward approach with Southern hospitality. Peachy simplifies the experience with a flat-fee pricing model for all its Botox Services (Wrinkle Treatment, Masseter Treatment and the Botox Facial). All of Peachy’s providers are board-certified Nurse Practitioners and consultations are always free. Originally founded in New York City, Peachy’s expansion into Charlotte marks a significant milestone for its founders.

“When we looked at expanding in Charlotte, South End immediately stood out,” says Eric Zhang, Co-Founder of Peachy. “As a North Carolina native and UNC-Chapel Hill alum, I am thrilled to bring Peachy to my home state. Linea offers exactly the kind of vibrant, community-focused environment where we know Peachy will thrive.”
