Saussy Burbank to Bring New Homes to The River District 

Saussy Burbank is proud to announce the launch of its first homes in The River District, a highly anticipated, sustainability-focused community in West Charlotte developed by Crescent Communities. Construction on these homes begins this spring. A second phase, launching later in 2025, will add 42 homesites in the nearby Basswood neighborhood. No townhomes or waterfront properties will be included in these phases — the focus remains on spacious, single-family living.
