MECA Commercial facilitates the sale of Shelton Knoll Apartments in Charlotte, NC 

Gantt Howell, Senior Advisor at MECA Commercial Real Estate, has facilitated the sale of Shelton Knoll Apartments, located at 516 Arrowhawk Drive, Charlotte, NC. The property includes a 45-unit apartment complex and was sold on December 27, 2024. MECA Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller, Dreamkey Partners, and Ascent Housing was the Buyer 

The property will be preserved for affordable housing for a period of 20 years, in line with the City of Charlotte’s rolling NOAH (Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing) acquisition, rehabilitation, and subsidy RFP program. As part of this initiative, the Buyer was awarded partial funding to support the preservation efforts.
