Thomas & Hutton Expands Team In Charlotte

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Charlotte region: 

Janelle Rochelle is a Civil Designer providing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. Janelle is a UNC Charlotte graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology. 

Anthony DiBona is a Charlotte Survey Manager coordinating and managing land surveys, including topographic maps, boundary adjustments, subdivision maps, records of surveys, and legal descriptions, reviewing compliance with regulations and timely, budget-conscious completion. Anthony attended Dutchess Community College and finished his education at SUNY Morrisville with a degree in mathematics and liberal arts. 

Sonia Barakoti is a Civil Designer providing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. Sonia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering form Tribhuvan University in Nepal. She also holds dual Master’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Project Management from both the University of Toledo and The University of the Cumberlands. 

Daneille Walters is a Civil Designer providing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and her Master’s in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Her professional experience includes soil and groundwater remediation, stormwater inspections and civil designing. 

Colleen Riordan is an Administrative Assistant providing administrative duties to assist the firm’s technical disciplines and ensuring a positive client experience. Colleen graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She furthered her education at the University of Charlotte, completing her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
