M/I Homes is celebrating the start of sales at Sanders Ridge in Troutman with a free grand opening event on Saturday, March 9, 11:30 am – 2 pm.
The event will include self-guided tours of 8 move-in ready homes. Visitors can also tour the model home, and get inspired with great decorating ideas in this new community of 41 home sites just east of I-77 off Houston Road. Enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres from Roots Food Co., including beef carpaccio sliders, focaccia with mozzarella and onions, curried chicken meatballs, fruit and cheese.
Sanders Ridge is designed to appeal to families who want the pleasures of small-town living with easy access to Mooresville, Statesville, and Charlotte. Homes will feature from 2,735 to 3,613 square feet of living space, with three to five bedrooms and up to 3.5 bathrooms, depending on the plan selected. Pricing at Sanders Ridge starts at $459,990 for homes built from the ground up. The move-in ready homes are priced in the $500,000s.
