M/I Homes has begun sales in Stallings Brook, a new community of 138 single family homes in Monroe with an Indian Trail mailing address. Prices start at $310,990 for ranch and two-story homes in this 77-acre community located off Unionville-Indian Trail Road West. 

Due to high demand for the community, lotteries will be held for available homes. “We’re choosing to use a lottery system to give every interested home buyer an equal chance to purchase in Stallings Brook,” says Alan Beulah, vice president of sales and marketing at M/I Homes in Charlotte. “The lottery helps keep pricing more affordable, compared to asking for buyers’ best offers for homes.”
