Taylor Morrison Completes Model at New Casalino

 National homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison has completed its model home at the new Casalino community in Weddington, where it will build 39 spacious ranch-style and two-story master-down homes starting in the high $400,000s.

The four-bedroom model, which will double as the community’s sales center, features an open-concept entertaining space with a large fireside family room, breakfast nook and deluxe gourmet kitchen with a unique boomerang-shaped center island and generous walk-in pantry. 

Casalino is located at the intersection of Beulah Church Road and Waxhaw Indian Trail Road and offers homebuyers a tranquil, boutique new home community. The residential development is surrounded by natural beauty but convenient to high quality schools, nearby amenities such as Village Commons and Weddington Optimist Park, and the retail and restaurants at Waverly and Rea Farms in south Charlotte.

Homebuyers will be able to choose from three- to five-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,319 square feet to more than 4,071 square feet. Taylor Morrison is offering five different floorplans at Casalino, including master-down and ranch homes on large half-acre lots with features such as open family rooms, well-appointed kitchens with large food-prep islands, and gorgeous owner’s retreats with oversized walk-in closets and luxurious master bathrooms.

Taylor Morrison has seven move-in ready inventory homes either complete or under construction at Casalino, and for buyers who close on an inventory home, the company is currently offering additional savings through a limited-time move-in package.
