M/I Homes of Charlotte has opened two townhome models in Tega Cay, near Lake Wylie. The model homes are part of two different product lines ,the Uptown Townhome and Grant Townhome collections at Cameron Creek, according to M/I.

The community will include 116 townhomes from the Uptown series and 24 from the Grant collection.

The two-story and three-story Uptown townhomes will include rear-entry, two-car garages, large enough to store boating gear or other belongings. Exteriors feature James Hardie ColorPlus siding, with brick accents on some townhomes. All Uptown plans also provide an exterior balcony.

The floor plans also incorporate flex rooms, large walk-in closets and master suites. Design highlights include the recessed lighting in the kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in some areas, and crown molding.  The townhomes range from 1,575 to 1,952 square feet. Pricing starts at $237,990.

The Grant townhomes range from 1,827 to 2,098 square feet and also include two-car garages. The layouts incorporate a first-floor powder room, two or three bedrooms, and a loft.  Granite counters and stainless steel appliances are included. The model also includes James Hardie ColorPlus siding and front porch patios. Pricing starts at $225,990.

The Cameron Creek project also includes options for single-family homes with both ranches and two-story designs available. The single-family options range from 2,000 to more than 3,200 square feet, some with basements and crawl spaces. Two single-family model homes are available to tour.

The neighborhood’s planned amenity center includes a pool, cabana, green space, picnic tables and fire pit.

Cameron Creek is just off of Interstate 77 and on Highway 160.
