Real Estate Commission suspends broker’s license

The has suspended for three months the license of a Lexington-based broker.

According to the commission, Chasity Renee Robbins entered into a listing agreement to sell a lakefront property in April 2015. According to the commission, after agreeing to advertise the property on the Multiple Listing Services, Robbins failed to deliver the agreement to her broker-in-charge and did not advertise the property on the MLS in a timely manner.

The commission said Robbins did not respond to two letters of inquiry it had sent her, and otherwise failed to respond to attempts to communicate with her by telephone and email.

Robbins could not be reached for comment.
