Bissell completes framework of Brigham Building

The steel framework for the Brigham Building, a 10-story, 287,507-square-foot office building in Charlotte’s Ballantyne Corporate Park, has been completed. A topping out ceremony planned for Thursday was delayed due to gusty winds. The Class A building is Bissell‘s largest construction project to date.
Smoky Bissell named the building after the late Dr. Craig Brigham, an orthopedic surgeon who twice operated on Bissell’s back.
Bissell Development is overseeing the project, working with architecture firm LS3P Associates and general contractor Rodgers Builders.
